The price was great! ! The room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, making it enjoyable for our group. We appreciated the attentive staff and the cleanliness of the facilities, which added to our overall experience.

The pre-arrival call was bothersome since I missed it while at a concert.

The hallway carpets were filthy and smelled awful. My room had issues with the bathroom door not latching properly, and I found hairs in the bed. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly and dismissive during my complaints.

Great pricing and a convenient location made for a pleasant stay. However, issues with cleanliness were noticeable, with cobwebs and a dead spider remaining in the corner throughout our stay, and we were even visited by ants in the bathroom. On the bright side, the attached café offered fantastic food, including local pastries, all at reasonable prices. Although our room was ultimately comfortable, the initial experience was frustrating.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief stopover in Ankeny with value for money. The shower had awesome pressure and was very hot. Try to avoid rooms near the entrance for a quieter stay.
